Protect Women Dayton
Restore National Regulation
When Roe v Wade was overturned by Dobbs in 2022, dozens of states began posturing either to strengthen anti-abortion laws and protections or to legalize abortion and reduce regulations.
Over the last several Presidential terms, although initial regulations on chemical abortions were reasonable, subsequent administrations have reduced regulation and common sense protections for medicinal abortion.
These regulations are reasonable and necessary to PROTECT WOMEN.
National protections should be reinstated

Ohio Needs Enforcement
After the "Reproductive Freedom Amendment" was passed in Ohio, abortion clinics began cutting back on safety procedures and litigating any attempts to maintain many existing protections in the Ohio courts. Laws that had been in affect for decades suddenly became a "burden," and laws that had been passed were blocked in the courts. As a result, women in Ohio have lost many of their protections for an invasive and dangerous surgery, as well as common sense protections for medical abortions via the abortion pill.

Protections in Ohio that are being held up in court!
Below is a partial list of common sense protections for women that have been held up in court for multiple years. We should demand that our lawmakers, our Attorney General, and our Ohio Department of Health (ODH) pursue these cases to get them released by the Courts.
