More Evidence for Public Funding Through Medicaid

On June 21, 2023 and Federal District Court Judge confirmed the right of Medicaid recipients in Florida (and across the nation) to pay for transgender treatments and surgeries with public funds. The language used by the court included the word "discriminatory," which was carefully included in the wording of the "Reproductive Freedom" amendment.
