Issue 1 on the ballot Nov 7th, if passed, will add an amendment to the Ohio Constitution. The proposed amendment's language will be analyzed by Margie Christie, Executive Director of Dayton Right to Life. This presentation will show why a vote against Issue 1 is a moral necessity.
